AMITY Education Private Ltd (AEPL) was incorporated on 15 September 2010. It operates as two entities: AMITY Institute of Higher Education (AIHE) and AMITY Global Business School (AGBS). AEPL operates under the branding name of AMITY (Mauritius). AIHE and AGBS are both registered with Higher Education Institution (HEI), and AIHE has degree awarding powers granted by the Higher Education Commission (ex-TEC) since 2011. AGBS offers programmes in management awarded by the University of Northampton, UK.

AEPL is part of the AMITY Global Education Group, India’s leading private Education Group with over two decades of experience in education. The group has 11 universities and 25 schools in India. It has established higher education institutions in the USA, UK, Singapore, Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Amsterdam, South Africa, Romania, China, Toshkent, and Mauritius.
